Prices:
All prices are published in CAD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, price increases may be passed in the event of adverse currency exchange fluctuation or manufacturer price increases. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

Payment Terms:
You can pay your balance by Visa or Master Card.

Shipping:
Free shipping for orders over $1,000.00 paid by credit cards.
A nominal shipping charge of $16.00 (for Ontario and Quebec) $22.00 (rest of Canada)$ 25.00(USA) will be added to the original invoices.
International orders freight and insurance will be customer's responsibility.


Claims:
Within three business days of receipt of the goods.

Warranty:
All products sold by DentalFashion.com are warranted by DentalFashion.com, as per manufacturer's warranty.

Return Policy:
With authorization only within 30 days from date of original invoice All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoices and description of the problem and their original package in clean and saleable condition. Product should not be sterilized or used.
Special ordered items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. They may be accepted for credit only if merchandise is in saleable condition with manufacturer's original seal and packaging and unused (unless the item is found defective).
Please be noted unauthorized return may result in the returned item being refused.
There will be no refund for the shipping charges.
Failure to comply with one or all of these return policies may result in credit being denied.

How to Protect your instruments:
Protect Your valuable instruments by noting the following guidelines:

  • Before each use clean, sterilize and inspect instrument

  • Before sterilization wash instruments under warm running water to remove all foreign debris, brush instruments carefully with plastic cleaning brushes

  • Leave in open Position (needle holders and hemostatic forceps may crack if sterilized in close position)

  • Always follow manufacturer's instructions for every method of sterilization

  • Dry instruments after final rinse or allow to cool completely lubricate (never use oil-based lubricants).

  • If Dry Heat sterilization applied do not exceed operating temperature above 200' C or 390'F.

  • Do not sterilize the aluminum instrument containers in temperatures above 135C or 260F.

  • Please check the manufacturer manual or website for more maintenance details.
